UPDATE: We are looking for some nice mares to breed to Assassin! We are willing to offer free breedings in exchange for a mare to breed-lease in 2010. We are also offering reduced breeding fees or even **FREE** breedings to qualified mares!
Assassin posesses some of the most sought-after breeding in the Arabian Racing and Sport Horse industries. Grandson to the wonderful Kontiki and 2x *Serafix.
Foaled May 14, 1989. Proudly owned by Rancho Nogatta - Gene & Diane Steele.
Sire is Tiki Tessar, Dam is Soaring Angelique. Click here for full pedigree.
Rarely has Assassin been available to outside mares. We believe that more people should have the opportunity to have the wonderful Kontiki lineage and so we are now offering him to the public for breeding.
Assassin started on the race track in 1992 with a total of 8 starts. He was 3rd in the 1992 California Arabian Cup Juveinile (G3) race at Hollywood Park. In 1993 Assassin started 15 times before suffering a serious leg injury that ended his racing career with winnings of $18,640.
In the breeding shed, Assassin produces athletic, elegant foals with classic Arabian type. All of his foals have excelled for their owners and trainers and are a joy to train.
2010 Breeding fee: $800 - all breeds welcome
Note: Stallion was not fit or presented by Stroud Arabians for these photos.
